Actually, I don't think he's stated anything unreasonable at all. Clearly this is somebody who, like me, has been burned by bad buyers and he's trying to cover himself. Unfortunately, anybody who wants to challenge his terms will win with Paypal. Paypal doesn't care about terms at all. They will still side with the buyer every time and the "bad" buyers are the ones who know how Paypal operates and they know how to play the system.

As Dad has pointed out on more than one occasion regardless whether buyer purchases insurance its the sellers responsibility to get the item to the buyer. Based on this I changed my selling practices to include insurance in the shipping. My shipping stars went down but I did not notice much difference on my sale prices.

He was simply being very specific in his policies, and they do make sense. I also understand him accepting the Liberty Dollar. I'd love to get a pound of silver from a guy buying something for around $20.
