There is no match on cudsoncoins.com. That doesn't necessarily mean it is not a Cud though. I am going to agree with Mike that it is a stain. Keep searching and maybe you'll get lucky like me and find something like this CU-1c-ND(D)-10. I couldn't get full coin pictures so If you want to see some you can see them on coppercoins.com.

I too at first was thinking stain until I noticed that around the 7 it is raised as high as the rim. Nice Cud Dustin.

Soak it in Acetone and see what happens.
