Just looking for thoughts.
My eyes seem like they are not working for me.
I think I am seeing doubling across the East side of the memorial along with a the outer devices (I tend to look at the leg on the R).
Could just be my eyes or a simple MD.
Thoughts?

It looks like Die Deterioration. You can see the metal flow towards the rim and on the devices towards the rim. Usually when you see the tops of the devices "doubled" like that, that's what it is.
