I forgot to mention, quite underweight for issue, weighs 5.40 g, should weigh 6.77g

So, the weight is not a problem given the condition... I DO see where you could think it even in spite of this (the color, even with the burial, has that debased look to it)... BUT the detail is perfectly regal and given that, since it doesn't really look cast, it probably is indeed regal, not CC.
