So I bought the empty frames a few months ago and today on my first day of holidays I decided to do this little project and wanted to share with you.

Sorry the pictures aren't great...

For the pennies all except the 20-29 and 30-39 small cent are UNC.

For the nickels the 1900-1909 is a 1904 in VG, the 1910-1919 is a 1914 in VF.. and then all others are AU-BU with the exception of the 1930-1939..

This was a very fun and rewarding project. I liked going through my collection to select which coins to put in the frames, and I like the fact that now some of my collection is now on display.

Oh my goodness, you've got talent! What an excellent visual display! Yes, get them out of a storage place onto a wall where they can be appreciated plus pique the interest of non-collectors. Well Done!

Where do you plan to hang them, home or office?

I have the set with queen Elizabeth, George 5 and George 6, you have inspired me to take out the coins and put beautiful high grade coins in their place!

I don't think there's much talent there wildflower... I simply went through all my coins and picked out a few that I thought would look good and popped in in the holes that were already there... But thanks... I now feel very warm and fuzzy inside!! :D

Apitrix: I really had a fun time with this little project. And I think I will pick up more of these if I ever see them available. I told the guy at my LCS if any of these frames ever come in I'd buy 'em.

As for where they'll go.. well right now they're sitting on top of my "coin desk" which is in the basement. We're in the market for a new house and one thing I want is a "home office" this will be one of the things that will definitely be on the wall in the new place.
