is this coin Korean or Japanese? Also, what's the date? The denomiantion is 5 chon, right? is it silver?

This coin is from Korea. I am not certain about the date, as it is not clear on your pictures. This coin is not silver but copper-nickel.

The design of this coin was made in 1905, 1907, and 1909. I believe the date of your coin is 1905, but you may want to compare it with the dates on this site, as I may be wrong.

It's a Korean coin struck in Japan dated 1905. If this is UNC condition, this could be worth a fair bit!
