Just found this yesterday. Nothing matches on coppercoins.com but wexler has a bunch of varieties that don't have descriptions or pictures. Not really sure what I should do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The devices size look normal in overall size. On the left side of the 'ER' it looks like a slight amount of machine damage in that area. Even the slightest die movement can alter a device after the strike. But when you do find a doubled die, you eye is there. It will leap out at you and you will know for sure that it is a doubled die. Here is a reference for a doubled die that year:
