Did you get them both for $300 TOTAL or $300 for EACH of them. Are those dollars in US or Canadian dollars?

$317.25 US$ plus shipping (Heritage) to the United Kingdom. You are looking at around $450 Canadian.

They are both attractive coins. I especially like the '15.

Nice looking coins, not exactly MS65. $300 USD is a bit too much for these 2.

300 is way too much for these.

I agree with chequer, and the coins are worth what you would spend on them. If you spent $300 and are happy, that's what counts :)

Nice coins, I think you might be a little on the high side in terms of recovering your money in the short term (I almost bid against you on the 1915, but it went higher than I willing to go). But if you are happy with the purchases, awesome, both coins would find a happy spot in my collection (I took home the 1902, 1917 large cents and 1914 5 cent), only one more large cent to go for a complete MS 1911-1920 graded Large cent collection (1915)

If you like them, that's what matters. You did pay on the high side but I don't think it's so high that it's considered way too much. So I'd be happy if you like them. When you do get them, do post more pics!

I think you did well, you're from outside Canada so being in NGC PCGS slabs is important. I prefer nice red brown over reds, really nice coins, congrats on the buy! Cost alone to have those graded would probably be 30$ usd each. I don't think you'll lose on these. Can't go wrong with 65 's

If you're looking to resell, you will have to take your time on that. You can get lucky sometimes at heritage auctions, but a lot of people do monitor those and there's always buyers there. So getting a steal is not easy. It's more for collector purposes. That's just my opinion
