My goodness..an order of world coins was sent into PCGS on 3/30(arrival date), with the standard "Modern Tier", 20-30 days. OK, I cut some slack, I KNOW these behemoths are busy....BUT, June 3rd now, and "still processing".60 days for a simple order?..3 emails to discuss..not ONE answered. Another submission had the wrong label put on the coin. I called to ask what to do....NO apology..just a "I'll email you the directions"...I later wrote them, and, suggested that in the interest of #1 Customer service, any goofed orders the grading fees will be on the house, with no questions....good luck with THAT.
PCGS has pretty much lost my confidence and business, and, sticking with NGC, as their turnaround times are on time, or, very close to it.
You would think, in the interests of customer service a updated system for communication would be in place by now..PCGS is still running their long-outdated business models, which I find rather rude.
There are SO many places to shop now(
Amazon comes to mind), with A+ FAST Responsive customer service that virtually does anything to help.
I say out with the old guard, and, get someone into PCGS that can upgrade their company to at least the Middle Ages.

TPG can have both kinds of stories..what steams me the most is the outdated communication system. Hire some darn people, and take care of Business Mr. Hall.
