PCGS I Little Slow These Days?

My goodness..an order of world coins was sent into PCGS on 3/30(arrival date), with the standard "Modern Tier", 20-30 days. OK, I cut some slack, I KNOW these behemoths are busy....BUT, June 3rd now, and "still processing".60 days for a simple order?..3 emails to discuss..not ONE answered. Another submission had the wrong label put on the coin. I called to ask what to do....NO apology..just a "I'll email you the directions"...I later wrote them, and, suggested that in the interest of #1 Customer service, any goofed orders the grading fees will be on the house, with no questions....good luck with THAT.
PCGS has pretty much lost my confidence and business, and, sticking with NGC, as their turnaround times are on time, or, very close to it.
You would think, in the interests of customer service a updated system for communication would be in place by now..PCGS is still running their long-outdated business models, which I find rather rude.
There are SO many places to shop now( Amazon comes to mind), with A+ FAST Responsive customer service that virtually does anything to help.
I say out with the old guard, and, get someone into PCGS that can upgrade their company to at least the Middle Ages.
Look, I know ANY TPG can have both kinds of stories..what steams me the most is the outdated communication system. Hire some darn people, and take care of Business Mr. Hall.

PCGS is highly overrated in my books. Lousy customer service , is the least of their problems.
NGC is much better , I agree. Also called to check on an order status at ANACS yesterday and actually spoke to a real pleasant human who let me know exactly what the holdup was . Pleasant and professional.

I also have a submission that is taking quite some time to be graded.
It arrived at PCGS 4/5/16 and still NO results after 2 months

I'm 99% sure I'm done with them...just the way it is...it's soooooo simple to create pleasant and easy customer "experiences" these days...like I stated, was blown away with Amazon prime's services, quick chat, kindle mayday help..freakin off the charts user-friendly.
I used to be a retail store manager(garden sales)...I'll never forget 1 time at a meeting, our consultant said(talking about customer experiences)..."your attitude is only as good as your last visit"...my last visit(s) with PCGS have been pretty rough.

On their customer service, I always seem to have trouble with emailing them. It feels like they never respond or even read them. However, I have had better luck by phone. I was able to reach a person who helped me with what I needed. Strange how they only seem to focus on one of their communication channels.

Neither of the top two services have a good track record with answering emails, you do much better with phone calls. But when you do call NGC has the much better record for being helpful and actually solving problems. PCGS seems to have the "We're the top dog so take it or leave it. We can't be bothered, especially for small fry." attitude, while NGC has the "we're number 2 so we try harder." approach.
