Coin shows some doubling on obverse. No doubling on reverse.

looks like Machine Doubling to me. Note how the size of the devices is reduced. Also, until 1989. the mintmarks were hand punched into the dies so on doubled dies until 1990 the mintmark will not be doubled. Machine Doubling is very common in the 60's and 70's and it is very easy to get fooled. Keep on searching and good luck.

Note the left side of the digits are reduced. Machine damage after the strike.
