I posted this 5 cent piece in the past but I'm considering having it graded. How will ISSC or others come at this..? Planchet Flaw ? Die Crack ? And what would be the rarity/value of something like this ?

From what I can see magnifies, the crack runs up and into the R in Gratia and stops there. There is nothing on the Rev. side at the same place except on just the outer edge.

i say keep, it loose. it is a cracked or incomplete planchet of some kind but no matter who certifies it, the error will be almost impossible to present or even show due to the way the holders are designed

Planchet flaw. It is not worth enough to be graded as an error with either PCGS or NGC. The cheapest, and only means to grade that coin in Canada would be CCCS soft flip.

I think, that where the planchet flaw is, it would detract from the value. Don't watse the money for a TPG.

It's actually very interesting to check close up and with a TPG so that will be hindered.
