PCGS & CAC liked it; will CCF like it too? Not my pictures. I'll do better when it gets home. 1917 Walking Liberty half Dollar

I can't see anything that would prevent this Walker from getting MS-66 . A Beauty .

If it CAC'd I will guess they thought it was premium for the grade at MS63. Although I will say the pics are a bit blurry so it would be tough to really key in on an accurate grade off these. Great pickup. Congrats.

I am at ms64 with a shot at 65. 1917 was a well struck year.

Wow, really, really nice coin. MS63 with these pics (a little blurry obverse). A shot at MS64.
A real beauty.

i'd love to know the subtleties that gave this away as a 64 to those that guessed right. I think the pics were too blurry to tell anything that finite and everyone took a lucky stab at it including myself guessing MS63.

dsfree: I think it's the glass half full people vs. the glass half empty. But I would also love to hear if there were any indicators I missed in guessing MS63.
