First: Epsilon - delta is the deffinition of limit. But that is normally written as lower case Epsilon , lower case Delta. This is written lower case Epsilon . Upper case Delta. So if this the meaning of the counter stamp the person is even more ignorant than I; this I find wholly doubtful.
Then I remembered that k and p where also Greek letters! (ain't I just the clever one?) but I couldn't remeber what they were called (guess I ain't near as clever as I thought.)
K is Kappa and P is Rho A search on that gave a lot of fraternity sights with pages like Kappa Rho chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity.
So my guess is that the token was made for the Kappa Rho chapter of a fraternity deli or bar, and counter marked by a smart alec of the Epsilon Delta chapter of a different fraternity.
Ilove the way you looked into it but I could not take it any further , there was just no info on what you mentioned on the internet but thank you so much ,,
