can someone tell me how to tell the difference. between the high and low 7 on the Canadian 5 cent piece. any help greatly appreciated.

Not very rare.
A couple of sellers on ebay sell pairs of high and low for under $4 including shipping.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

thank you all for the comments. thank you jimmy for the comment. I have gone back to the old way of lighting. its works very good. I am waiting for one more piece. to attach to the camera. if it works. I will be able to improve these photo a little more. again thank you. yes I see that on ebay. think I will buy a set of those. then I can use them to compare with. thank you all

anyone have a pic of an axtual 1977 double 7?
does that refer to doubling on the 7 or 7's?

Seagill11 yes that is exactly. what is being identifyed. that the 77 is doubled. see my whole coin is doubled obverse and reverse. that link that is posted by another member. also shows that same doubling effect. Seagill11 the link posted there by. the other member is a great source of information.
