Looking for thoughts on this one.
I'm thinking that this is probably an interesting MD.
There was a few things specifically that stuck out to me:
1. The memorial next to the designers initials
2. The upper left side of the memorial next to UNITED
3. Several letters in USOA

I agree with John1. I feel what you are seeing is slight machine damage after the strike. You coin is a nicer coin die state that struck it. Often on these they stand out to us because they devices are so fresh. Here are nice image of the two known ones for this year:
