Can tell if the obverse if missing and the coin was turned with a lathe leaving that area empty.
What-Error-Is-It-Help
If so it can be used as a Magicians coin and you put a dime in the center of the obverse. Then you can flip the coin over and it is not a cent. One view dime, One view cent.
