coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 06/12/2016 2:53 pm Can tell if the obverse if missing and the coin was turned with a lathe leaving that area empty. If so it can be used as a Magicians coin and you put a dime in the center of the obverse. Then you can flip the coin over and it is not a cent. One view dime, One view cent.
