I'm looking at a 1880CC Morgan with the noticeable dash under the second 8. It also has the 1879 reverse. I have went to VamWorld and cannot see where the clashed n would be on the coin I am looking at. I cannot even locate the clashed n on the example shown in VamWorld. Any helpful suggestions welcome. Does this VAM make the coin worth more? Thanks.

The N clash is a little hooked line below the longer wing clash line coming out of the neck. A VAM 3 wouldn't carry a premium but the 3a is super CD (clashed die) and should carry a premium, not sure how much without checking auction records though.

Got pics? We can confirm or help narrow down the VAM with clear pics
