All correct:
22 - Latvia (this one was a 5 santimi)
68 - Uruguay (this one was a 10 pesos)
80 - Netherlands (this one was a 5 cent)
As the first two had no hints, I must say these were very good guesses.

78/100 identified. Still missing:
01, 20, 25, 28, 33, 42, 47, 60-61, 67, 78-79, 81-84, 89-90, 92-93, 95, 99.

I cannot pin anymore of the dates to countries. Completed speculation, but whenever I see 25 I think of Greece, although I am fairly certain that is incorrect. I would think it to be around that area though, and I highly doubt it is from Turkey, Bulgaria, or Romania. That would leave Albania and Yugoslavia; neither of which I have coins that old from. I would guess one of those countries.

My gut instinct says 25 would more likely be Yugoslavia out of the two, but I really have no clue.

No, 42 is not Norway. I admit the image isn't the best. It is from wartime Europe and the material the coin is made of reflects that. If I am correct, it's from a monarchy that had no king.

A hint makes it a lot easier: 42 is from Hungary, indeed a monarchy at the time, reigned by a regent, an admiral with no access to the sea. 10 or 20 filler
