mgulas6203 New Member Canada 20 Posts	Posted 06/14/2016 09:33 am I have heard many explanations to differentiate a LRG and SML crown 1906 25 cent. In all the pictures I have seen there is one common identifier that is not usually mentioned. On the SML Crown versions the stamping is offset and low on the coin. That is the dentacles can be seen from about the half way point on the face, on each side and gradually fade to where the jewel in the crown is almost against the rim. This is most noticeable on the left side of the crown, where the distance is about twice as much on the large crown to the small. Report this Post to the Staff
