Few questions about this coin:
1. What would cause the extreme thinning on IGWT on obverse?
2. Extra thickness on date (8 & 3) die markers?
3. Reverse - double memorial die cracks - heavy die use?

I am no pro but here goes: 1- Abraded die 2- Circulation wear
3- Yes and weak area designed in to die. The cracks also are common in the upper left/right on building.
