Note how it is shelf like and reduces the size of the devices.

Note all areas affected: They are all reducing the devices.

Note on the contour of the color form light to dark where it goes down to the fields. On the Machine damaged devices they are all one color because that area had been damaged by die movement of the machine. The strike happened and a hop/bounce after the strike damaged those devices. On true hub doubling, they devices are enlarged because they are on the die, not caused by striking damage.
