No, it was made in Philadelphia and they did not have mint marks on dimes until 1980.

Worth only face value.

There are some 1982 dimes without a mint mark that are valuable.

Beginning in 1980 all coins from philadelphia above 1 cent were required to have the P mm and the 1982 Roosevelt dime is still the only known business strike coin to ever enter circulation without its intended mm

Proofs that get circulated can usually be discerned by sharp features and edges and some remaining mirror finishes. These are usually readily apparent even after heavy circulation.

It appears that your dime is just a regular run-of-the-mill dime.

I agree. The strike and rim tell us it that is not a proof.

Oh I wasn't suggesting that you have a proof at all . I highly doubt it is and at this point it would be difficult to prove even if it was. I was just adding that so that someone else reading this would not toss away a proof no mint mark on the basis of reading that they are not worth anything.
