Would be great to have a few opinions obvious to keener eyes than mine. I was looking at coinsandcanada and checking the five as well as the distance from the last eight to the leaf if that would be any help but I'm still not sure. Any obvious markers that I didn't see that were right in my face...?

Don't know, don't have it in hand but it looks like it might be... to be continued if I acquire it.

I had my eye on this coin before this post came up. Ended up winning but probably paid a bit more than I'd hoped to for this lot. I will post pictures of the 1858 when it arrives.

Yeah, the lot went way over what I could afford. The 1910 sure looks like a beauty too.

Couldn't wait for this lot to come in to show but was very upset to find all 9 coins packed loosely together within one plastic holder. I paid over 220$US for the lot and 50$US for shipping if you include the exuberant fees for the Global Shipping Program. You would expect them all in individual 2x2s at the least. I contacted the seller regarding this and I am still not sure if I will leave negative feedback or not.

Because of the packaging, I was expecting the worst but it looks like to coins were not damaged in the process. I am actually quite happy with the coins I received and I think I made out ok.

Here is the 1858 LD:
I'd give it at least a VG8. Not sure on the variety yet, I see some doubling on the first 8 but will have to look at it some more tomorrow.
It's hard to capture it but it has some beautiful toning. I included a picture at an angle to illustrate this.

TaeKenDo: Here are pictures of the 1910HL. You were correct, it's an absolute beauty. I love to golden toning. A couple minor bag marks but I think I would give this coin at least an MS63. I'm looking for feedback on this. Thanks
