Last fall I sent my toned 1952 quarter to be included with a Coin Community group grading submission. I wanted the coin to go to NGC since I hoped the toning would be rewarded with a Star rating on the slab. There were major problems with mailing and tracking the coin and for a while it looked like NGC might have actually lost it.

Fortunately, it DID eventually find its way home. Although I didn't get my star, I am happy with the final grade:

When you have a couple of sixes a star would just be icing on the cake. Glad it made it back to you.
