if this is the actual color and flatness of the coin, I'm at MS Details as based on the picture it looks like its been way over dipped. if its lighting then maybe you can get better pics to show the true coin so we can see the luster

I agree this one is tough to grade with this photo.

Try taking out of 2x2 and retaking pic. Obverse looks really flat...not sure if it is the glare from 2x2 or not.

I've seen coins on ebay with photos like these, and when the coin arrives it will usually top at MS 62. I've seen the opposite a lot too - where auction photos make the coin look much worse than it is, and in hand the coin is very nice and respectable.

Not trying to say that your coin is MS 62 tops, just mentioning the fact that photographs do not always show coins as they appear in hand (coin photography is an art in itself!), and that another set or two of photos would be a lot of help to get a better opinion from the Coin Community forum members.

If I had to take a shot in the dark I would say 64, but that has potential to change with more photos ;)
