1985 P Washington quarter, Can any one tell from the photos to help me confirm what I think I see. (HA HA).
The Rim has what seems to be a Cud all around the edge. In addition to the ring there is extra material hanging over the sides around 3/4 of the coin. I also see doubling in the letters N and TRU (IN GOD WE TRUST). On the reverse I see doubling on the right wing and at the bottom under the branch I cannot determine if it is Trail Die error or a Satin Finish. I am not very good at this, I just like collecting all kinds of coins. I am sorry to say I have to sell some of what I have so I am trying to learn. We have to move from our home of 45 years (not by choice) to a small apartment, so that's why I am selling my coins. Thanks for all your help you guys are great.
Anthony

The fourth image from the top show metal striations on the rim. (die movement after the strike) There may have been some finning on the outside edge of the rim, but has flattened downwards during circulation. On the quarter dollar area on the reverse, the devices are widened from a fill on those devices not allowing the tapering of the devices to happen. (you just see the base of these devices, the grease blocked out the tops of the devices. I can't see anything on the motto, but the image is dark and upside down. Looks like a few rust spots on the obverse. But I see nothing warranting a premium as far as I can see.
