coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 06/26/2016 12:50 am Actually no. It is struck through an obverse capped die. You can make out what appears to be the base line (upsidedown) below the brow to top of ear area. Also note the rim edge is swopping upwards instead of the normal rim area between the die and rim.
