Hi chequer. Looking forward to it too. Would be nice to meet other CCF members while I am in Ottawa Wednesday until Saturday. Anyone interested to connect for a visit at the welcome reception or coffee sometime?

I'll be there from Tuesday evening to late Saturday.
Looking forward to a very busy schedule and hoping to be able to visit the Canadian Aviation and Space Museum for the Star Trek Exhibit while there as well.

Hi Proof Nut. It's going to be a very busy schedule for me too. Looking forward to it as well. Hope to squeeze in some sightseeing though. Definitely not going to be enough hours in a day to do all that I want to accomplish. It may mean a return visit.

The Ottawa coin club (called the Ottawa numismatic Society) will be hosting the convention and I will be volunteering in the hospitality room on the Saturday.

Is there a daily admission fee if one just wants to visit the bourse?

Amaths, there is a fee of $6.00 and the Bourse is open from Friday until Sunday. ANA members should be able to get in free with their membership card. These event as I'm sure most realize are a tremendously labour intensive undertaking and provide a wealth of services and benefits to members and the general public which far exceeds the amount charged for daily admission. Head over to the CCN website or check out their latest issue for more details including the program of events. BTW, there are a few changes that effect anyone registered that signed up for the Nostalgia & RCM tours on Thursday.

Discovery, PM sent.
Too lengthy of an explanation for this thread. Suffice it to say that the convention committee has their hands full with last minute changes.
Kudos to those tackling the challenge of trying to satisfy registrants needs.
