Hard to say. I would label it a problem note.

I wouldn't want it because of the rust stains, but some collectors might be willing to overlook this shortcoming and give you maybe $20-$30. These are not that uncommon and your note has good front margins but uneven rear centering or registry. I've always liked the look of small sized red seal notes in all denominations.

Ah, the ol' paperclip rust stain... bummer.

If you're collecting paper money I'd keep it and upgrade when you have a chance. Otherwise I'm sure someone would buy it, as Steve mentioned.
