My rep just informed me that $x for $x coins do in fact count towards mc status but do not count towards the percentage you can redeem

I purchased the new $25 for $25 coin a few days ago and just checked my status and have $975 to go so it looks like the X for X still count. I am having the same issues as others where I have lost my masters club status and do not have access to the MC page.

Weird. My profile has not changed or been updated to show current year spending. It still shows spending from the last MC period.

Mine still shows spending from last cycle as well. One would think RCM would use an automated program to update the current status but considering govt operations, perhaps the input is manual. |

I've been told that they are recalculating all of the MC accounts and that their MC database will be updated by the end of next week. Everyone's account information is expected to be correct at that time.

Although nothing in recent releases warrants much needs for mc advance ordering help, it's seems so easy to have your best customers recalculated to your new tier instead of showing nothing, crack RCM lawyers, and IT depts. |

I lost my Gold status too. Hope it's reinstated soon. Last year the switch over seemed smoother.  |

July 1 is a new year, so you'll have to buy to get back up to masters/platinum etc..

I think what others are suggesting is that their MC level earned from between July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 (which kicks in on July 1st) hasn't been updated yet, plus they've lost MC access from the prior Program Year as well. Just a blank space between one Program Year to the next! |

Apparently this issue is being addressed according to my rep. It just seems silly that it's taking this long to fix.

You'll be okay. Lately RCM advertises free shipping for orders more than $100 and not many items are priced less than that amount. LOL! The dollar value from the previous Purchase Year is still appearing on my account, but RCM is likely prioritizing input of accurate information for their MC members. |
