I'm known as "The Crazy Penny Lady" which means I have NO knowledge of halves.

What should I be looking for? Amy tips/suggestions/etc....will be greatly appreciated.

#1 thing to look for is the 90% silver, 1964 Kennedy half....
Then the 40%ers...
Any NIFC halves too, some people look for as well.

And of course you're always hoping for A Franklin half...or a Walker....but those are difficult to get lucky in finding.
I have found Franklins, back when I searched halves...but you generally have to search through a huge amount.
Kind of like finding an IHC while searching Lincolns. .

Good luck ! --

I guess I should crack open the section about halves in my Red Book huh?!
There were none older than 1971 in my rolls.

pre-1971; post-2001 (NIFC); proofs (S mints); 1976S; and any low mintage one that strike your fancy (1987P,D?--these are NIFC I think)
