there look to be a denomination but its way off center and I'm not even shure its a coin but it looks like it is.

My bet it's not a coin, though it does seem to have a face value of 10. A token of sorts?

i had a feeling it might not be a coin but it had a denomination 10 so that trew me off

I am fascinated by the fact that it seems there are raised stars beyond the minted edge of this "off-center" token.
