If genuine, value is several thousand dollars.

You'll need to have it authenticated and graded by a professional service, such as PMG or PCGS. It's difficult to sell rare and expensive notes that have not been expertized, nor will an unexpertized note sell for as much as one that has been examined and certified.

It's certainly a beautiful note! I agree, getting it professionally graded is your best bet. If you don't mind sharing, where did you find it?

I have been collecting coins and money banknotes for a long time. The banknote you are interested in was exchanged by me in old russian rare banknotes.

Do have it expertised without delay. Inform the other party you are doing so, too.
