I thought with the way the dies were made Machine Doubling or any other doubling, especially a doubled die, wasn't possible after a certain date with all Roosevelt dimes. So what kind of doubling could this be?

Machine doublind and Doubled Die are still possible on modern coins... you may be thinking about RPMs, I beleive 1989 was the last year that the mint mark was punched into the working dies. In 1990 the mint mark became part of the master die so no more RPMs.

I'm not seeing the doubling on your coin, lets see whst others have to say
