1993 D Roosevelt Dime Doubling...? - Coin Community Forum

Aftermathew Valued Member United States 112 Posts	Posted 07/03/2016 08:45 am I thought with the way the dies were made Machine Doubling or any other doubling, especially a doubled die, wasn't possible after a certain date with all Roosevelt dimes. lawest Pillar of the Community United States 1998 Posts	Posted 07/03/2016 10:09 am Machine doublind and Doubled Die are still possible on modern coins... you may be thinking about RPMs, I beleive 1989 was the last year that the mint mark was punched into the working dies. In 1990 the mint mark became part of the master die so no more RPMs. I'm not seeing the doubling on your coin, lets see whst others have to say Report this Post to the Staff
