Please help
I have a 1961 liberty and I have scouted out any kind of information on an error of this type on this particular coin, so far I have not found anything. My coin has the head facing the proper way but on the reverse the house is the opposite way.

to CCF. Your coin is normal. The U.S. coins are what is called "coin turn" while Canadian coins are "medal turn".

That is correct.

If the reflection in the mirror were flipped 180 degrees, you would have a rotated die specimen. They are out there...but difficult to find. Good luck on the hunt!

Indeed the normal relationship - when you turn a US coin upside down, bottom to top, you see the reverse image as intended. To get the same effect on a Canadian coin, you must turn it side to side.
