From the pictures they seem right to me.
Being that you are a new member here, it is entirely possible that you see an experienced collector, yet also possible that you are not aware that all U.S. coins have a front that is 180 degrees rotation from the back.

I did not read this entire attached list from 'mint error news' of their most recent issue but the PDF below shows many error prices. I hope you find this of some use since it's got just about any error you can think of along with the corresponding valuations:




Also, rotated die pricing may or may not be present in this particular issue so it could require some digging on your behalf going through their previous issues to uncover data more applicable for any specific application etc.

Once you do locate these figures I think you'll discover that the rotation 'generally' must be at least 45 degrees or more to start showing any decent valuations.

Also, regarding your coins I'm having some trouble making a decision on them since my perspective of one side to the other is blurred. I'll delay any comments for now.

No that is a proof set, and from what I see I don't see any of them with a rotation that is out of tolerance.
