Doubling on SE corner of memorial and FG matches die marker from the WDDR-001 of the 1999 denver, although it doesn't have the die scratch on NW of the memorial.
I see machine damage on the reverse of your coin on many devices. That is caused by die movement/bounce/slide after the strike. It often appears on part of the devices flattening the upper part of the devices. The lower part next to the field is often not affected, giving the step like look.
I see no major problem with your images. You get glare in some areas because of too bright of a light or a lack of diffusing the light to help but glare. With too much light you can use a white sheet of paper and place that between the coin and the light source. That will help remove glare. If you are having low light, you can use a piece of plastic grocery bag and that will remove glare without reducing the lighting.
