Can't find a listing for this one but it appears to looking like an rpm. I've outlined the area that appears convincing. Only other thought would be a well placed die chip, wear, or polishing.

It is raised in that area? It looks more like it is flat and maybe a stain in that area?

I don't think that it is a RPM. They should rise from the fields.
