Came across this at an estate sale. Pretty worn out but the color on the back is interesting. Maybe missed a step in print? I included one of its brothers for comparison.

Sorry, could you be a little more specific about what you are seeing that looks incorrect?

Are you talking about the back of the bottom one being faded?

Sorry for not being more specific. What caught my eye was how blue the back of the bill looked. I wasn't sure if it was the age and condition or a printing error

I think it's just the result of considerable wear and handling. There really is no way the reverse of such a note could have been printed in blue ink.
