I have bid on icollector auctions in the past including Bell 's. There is a new form for you credit card info including a online signature. Is this new or have computer pirates struck. I am not a techy and am concerned it may be a hack.

I think it's a new form for almost all icollector auctions.... recently I took part in a different icollector auction and had to fill out the same form... but if you have any serious concerns I suggest you contact icollector and ask how that information is being collected and stored/distributed as there is sensitive information.

Every time I have had an issue with icollector they were very quick to respond or put me on the phone with a real person who could answer my questions/concerns.

Just phone them during business hours and provide the credit info over the phone. They will release your purchase.

Yes, on occasion icollector asks for credit card information in advance, in order to approve liability to bid. Perhaps it's a means to screen serious bidders from others who bid to create havoc.
