Looking through one of Lincoln Cents Books I noticed this rpm, I believe it's the 002.

Looks like mint mark is in the correct location.. I can also see die scratches inside of the mint mark and southeast of the mint mark that matches the pic on coppercoins

I agree. The die scratch to the left of the tail on the 9 is a die marker match.
