There are 2 possible dates, 1921 and 1924, I cannot tell which this one is.

1924, there is a thunderbolt below the word one.

The date isn't present in numerals; the coin is undated. But there are two known types, one with the thunderbolt privy mark (attributed to 1924) and one without the thunderbolt (attributed to 1920).

Tricky, due to a lack of distinctive fine detail on this design. I'd call it VF.
