My first impression is.....

Looks like a 1970 S proof Lincoln that has some album/folder toning.

It actually came out of a broken proof set that I bought this past weekend for $4.00 pretty good deal I think. Did this toning happen because of the case being broken or was it put in there that way, the other coins do not have any toning at all?

NICE FIND! The 1970S cents are well known for that bullseye toning. I have several that are rainbow, bullseye toned including a PCGS PR-67. 100% market acceptable!
