I have a 1967 Kennedy half dollar. Front side looks original. Back side has Gratia Regina F D +Elizabeth 11 DEL CRATIA. Back side looks copper and has a woman's face? Thickness of the coin is the same as other Kennedy half dollars. Is this coin for real and does it have a value.

From your description it sounds like you have what we call a " Magicians coin" made from a Kennedy half and a Brit penny

Pictures would be a great help to identify this for you.

Magician's coin. Interestingly, yours appears to have been made with half of each coin simply fastened (glued?) to the other--normally these are made by grinding one into a convex shape and the other concave--that way the rim is left intact with no visible seam. Looks like they also added redding to the penny as well.

As for value, these are novelty items, selling for a few bucks. The Kennedy has some silver in it, too.

If you aren't familiar with your Brit coinage, the inscription on the penny is ELIZABETH II DEI GRATIA REGINA F D (fidei defensor), which means ELIZABETH II BY THE GRACE OF GOD QUEEN, DEFENDER OF THE FAITH.

Agreed, this is a Magician's coin or the result of someone who had a lot of fun doing some creative work with coins at home.

I'm not sure if it has any other value than the silver content value (which is now a bit more difficult to determine, as we only have half a silver coin here).

If this coin has been grinded or cut and but back together with another coin, then it took some very fine precision tooling, cutting, or grinding to do this. Think I'll keep it and pass it on to my grand kids. Makes a good conversation piece. Thanks for the info.
