These Duchy of Warsaw 5 groszy coins dated 1811 seem overstruck but on what?

Below are two auction examples of these coins. Something remains visible between the inscriptions:

As you may know I don't collect them, nor do I intend to buy them... and my goal was to check the Forum's combined ability to solve such mysteries first-hand.
