Seller trying to sell as genuine starting at $150, and the bidiots are attracted like moths to a light.

These are typical modern Chinese fakes ("spiked" tail, serif on 1). Of note is the 1980 has been artificially "tarnished" in an attempt to hide the fact that this is a fake.
