I found these in some of my grandpas stuff. I want too have them appraised and not sure of how too go about that. Anybody have any guesses on value? Thanks

Nice....and Welcome to CCF !

The book value is $225 each but the market is kinda soft right now. I only found 2 in the PMG POP report, and both of them are in XF. Being consecutive doesn't add any value in my eyes. The example pictured above has a tight upper margin and a soft lower left corner.....are they all that way ? I'd be interested in one if they come up for sale.

Indeed the obverse centering is poor on this example, which doesn't bode well for the rest, and I agree the consecutive factor doesn't mean much. The print run is fairly low for the era and the issue, but I don't think the demand factor would be high here. They're just too cheap in CU.

Thank you friends. We are just feeling out a value right now Steve. We would love too keep them because I think there awesome. Money was spent out of his estate that belonged too great grandkids and we are trying too replace it if there's any value. Going to talk with my sister and if we do ill let you know
