Look above the t in cent theres an extra bush..i have other 1984s and dont see that?

That is a gas bubble under the plating on your coin. They can form on the fields and on devices or even both:
1984-Double-Bush-Penny
No extra bushes, but a vivid imagination. Gas bubbles will raise from the surface of a coin. That is what I'm seeing on your coin.
