I found this Dime and was hoping someone could tell me about it. It is about 0.5mm smaller than normal but weighs 2.30g.
Have a look at the pics. And is there any value?

I think it's damaged. It looks "rolled".

Are the reeds present on the outside rim?

No. It's a smooth edge but thicker than normal

Possible Dryer Coin. The weight is very close to normal. But it is PSD, not an error coin.

Agree with coop. Your common Dryer Coin. Value 10 cents.

Rolled refers to the rim, Sinnedttam. That's why the diameter is smaller than normal and the rim is pushed vertically. The damage was done post strike ( PSD). It was probably done by a machine, possibly a dryer.

Sometimes they hammer them, other times a spoon us used on them. Just a way to make the edge roll up on a coin and make the reeds disappear. Also happens on Dryer Coins.
