Are the lines in the date (the lines running down the last two 9's) any indication of of a doubled die?
Thanks,

They are either light reflection or a little MD or both. I don't see a Doubled Die. the motto has Die Deterioration on top of it.

The overall size of the devices look normal on the date. Sometimes contact on the top of the devices make it look like something is going on when it isn't. Tops of the motto show split plating.
